the Organisation of Great Benin Kingdom Worldwide.

Today, we stand not only as sons and daughters of a proud and ancient civilization but also as bearers of

a rich legacy—one rooted in dignity, wisdom, strength, and unity. The Organisation of Great Benin

Kingdom Worldwide is not just a chapter in African history; it is a living testimony of royal governance,

art, architecture, culture, and tradition that continues to inspire the world. Our presence spans Europe,

America, the United Kingdom, and Nigeria, connecting Benin descendants across the globe.

This event serves as a platform for reconnection, cultural revival, and global cooperation among our

people scattered across continents. It is an opportunity to strengthen our bonds, preserve our heritage,

and project our values and traditions to the world with pride and confidence.

As we celebrate our royal traditions and remember the greatness of our ancestors, let us also look to

Benin descendants.

I take this moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made today possible—organizers,

OGBK executives and council members, community leaders, and our members across the globe. Your

As we draw the curtain on this remarkable and historic worldwide conference of the Organisation of the Great Benin Kingdom Worldwide, I stand before you filled with immense pride, gratitude, and hope.

Over the past hours, we have witnessed powerful conversations, cultural expressions, and deep reflections on our shared identity, responsibilities, and future as descendants of one of Africa’s greatest civilizations—the Great Benin Kingdom.

We have celebrated our heritage, honored our ancestors, reconnected with one another, and charted new paths forward for unity, development, and global collaboration. We have also reaffirmed what we already know—that no matter where we are in the world, we remain one people, one heritage, one Kingdom.

I wish to sincerely thank our Royal Fathers, guest of honour, organizers, cultural performers and every participant who contributed their voice, talent, wisdom, and time to make this conference a true success. Your presence here today is a powerful reminder that the spirit of the Great Benin Kingdom is alive and strong.
